Editorial Policy
We want every guide to be accurate, useful and honest about its limits.
How guides are written
- Each guide is written in our own words for a general audience.
- Instructions are based on the official documentation of the software involved, and on the settings found in current versions of Windows.
- We describe both strengths and weaknesses of every tool we discuss.
Keeping guides current
Windows and security products change often. We review guides when major changes occur and show the month of the latest update at the top of each article.
Independence and funding
- No company pays us to feature, rank or mention its products.
- This site currently shows no advertisements and has no sponsored articles.
- If we ever add affiliate links or sponsorships, they will be labelled clearly on the page.
Corrections
If you find an error, email help@guardyourpcsolve.buzz with the page address. We check each report and correct confirmed mistakes promptly.
Limits of our guides
